You did it, heart of wholeheartedness, my moment of pause
2-3 minutes read. Sit down, relax and take a little pause with me :)
Hey - it’s Rachna! Thanks for becoming a part of this cosy little space!
As I write the first newsletter, I want to start by sharing the very first visual I created and a little story about how it all came to be.
I was going through a difficult personal time, filled with self-doubt. And with each passing day, it was becoming tough for me to express myself. I was finding it difficult to put my emotions and grief into words. Making visuals came as a rescue, helping me connect with myself and people worldwide who shared similar experiences.
Reflecting on my journey over the past year and a half, I realize that the lowest point in my life brought me closer to myself and inspired me to pursue my passions. One such passion I discovered was pottery, which I've come to love.
Take a little pause: This post serves as a gentle reminder to me that everything is figureoutable. I thought it might do the same trick for you. Pause for a moment and think about a seemingly catastrophic event in your life that led to positive change. You made it through! If you feel comfortable, I’d love to hear your story.
Quote for your soul
“When we can let go of what other people think and own our story, we gain access to our worthiness - the feeling that we are enough just as we are and that we are worthy of love and belonging. Worthy now. Not if. Not when. This is truly at the heart of wholeheartedness.”
- From the book ‘The Gifts of Imperfection’ by Brene Brown
