Turns out calm is productive...😄
... and it attracts a lot of what I wish to do in life while enabling me to actually do them.
I don’t know if it’s the 21-day yoga workshop, the book I’m reading, or the quiet wisdom that comes with adding another year to my life. Or maybe it’s a magical cocktail of all these things. Whatever it is, I’m floating in this beautiful state of calm and flow. 🧘♀️✨
The paradox? This state of calm has somehow made me more productive! (I know, who would’ve thought? 🤷♀️) My mind feels ready to learn new things. I can find relevant resources and people who can support my upskilling. I am more open to collaborations. I’m following my curiosities with intention, leaning into what feels right for me. I can ask for support without spiralling into “Will they even reply?” or “What will they think of my silly question?”
At the end of the day, instead of scrolling my phone 🧟♀️, I reach for a book—and enjoy it. I can even stop after watching just one episode of a series. I mean, who even am I? 😅I can have straightforward, honest conversations without the need to sugarcoat everything. It’s oddly liberating.
Right now, I’m reading Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and the synchronicity is incredible. What I’m learning in the book feels so aligned with what I’m practising in yoga and life—it’s like everything is coming together in harmony.
I’ve always been fascinated by the word serendipity. There was a time when I wondered: is it just luck? Or is it about conscious effort? Today, I believe it’s both. You invite serendipitous moments into your life through mindful, intentional action. 💫
Take a Little Pause 🌼
What’s one thing you do that invites calm and flow into your life? For me, it’s the simple joys—reading a book, morning walks without my phone (bliss!), writing this newsletter, crocheting, making these visuals, pottery, or just playing with watercolors.💛
I’d love to know your little moments of calm—reply here or share in the chat! 😊

Don’t think. It complicates things. Just feel, and if it feels like home then follow its path.
