Until I do it...
Hello! 🌻 This week, I tried a lot of things for the very first time, and it made me realize how new experiences shape who I am becoming. ✨
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! 🎄 This week was full of firsts for me, including attending a midnight mass at a church for the very first time. 💖
Last week, I also went to the Serendipity Arts Festival. What a lovely enriching experience it was! The festival spanned over 10+ locations across Goa for eight days, with countless events to attend. I wanted to attend so much more but, of course, couldn’t—you know, physical body limitations. 😉 But with each choice I made, I realized something important.
Every decision I made at the festival was, in a way, defining my personality. I gravitated toward things that sparked my curiosity, took a chance on experiences I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy, and stayed true to some of my personal favourites. 🌟
Most of what I attended was entirely new to me—some events I explored based on my friend’s suggestion, while others I went to purely out of curiosity. There were moments when I didn’t fully grasp the meaning of a performance. 🎭 Few of them felt particularly abstract, and I turned to my friend, asking, “Did you get it?” Her response stayed with me: “You don’t have to understand everything. Just let it sit in your mind without trying to find meaning.” 💬
And that’s when it clicked. Experiencing something new doesn’t have to come with instant understanding. Sometimes, it’s simply about being there. 🌈 It’s about discovering a part of yourself you didn’t know existed and opening a space for cherishing new things.
Take a Little Pause 🌼
Think of one new experience you’d like to open yourself to in the coming year. ✨ It could be anything—a new hobby, attending a theatre performance, trying a different hairstyle, or something else entirely.
It doesn’t have to be something you’re sure you’ll like—just something you’re curious about. 🌟 For me, I’d love to try working remotely for a month to see if I truly enjoy that lifestyle. What about you? 💭
Nuggets for Your Soul💫
In the infinity of life where I am,
all is perfect, whole, and complete.
I believe in a power far greater than I am
that flows through me every moment of every day.
I open myself to the wisdom within,
knowing that there is only One Intelligence in this Universe.
Out of this One Intelligence comes all the answers,
all the solutions, all the healings, all the new creations.
I trust this Power and Intelligence,
knowing that whatever I need to know is revealed to me,
and that whatever I need comes to me
in the right time, space, and sequence.
All is well in my world.— From the book, ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ by Louise L. Hay
My Moment of Pause/Calm🌿
Water plays a big role in my healing journey. I find so much peace being near it—whether it’s a beach, the ocean, or any water body. Here’s a moment that brought me calmness this week. I hope it brings a sense of calm to you too. 💙
What have you heard, seen, or done this week that brought you a moment of calm? I’d love to hear! 💛

Wishing you a calm and joyful New Year! 😊
This really resonates with me Rachna! Like you, I love being near the water and try to do it as often as a possibly can, which isn't nearly enough! I especially love what you said about discovering a part of yourself you didn't know existed. It's a bit like trying a new exercise and the next day you're feeling it muscles you didn't even know you had 😅
Towards the end of last year I really leaned into trying new artistic experiences and discovered French Knitting in the process. Now I'm slowly decorating my house with my new creations! Thank you for sharing your story, it was lovely reading it 💜
