So little, same as ever, feel good life
I think I am a little harsh on myself. Do you ever feel the same way?
Hey lovely human!
Last week, I received a heartfelt letter from my younger brother, and it made me stop and think—am I putting too much pressure on myself to keep doing more? It feels like there's always something left to achieve. This pressure even shows up in my body - chronic pain, anyone?
A lot of the time, I trick myself into thinking that I need to stay disciplined and keep pushing to grow. But in all this hustle, I realized I hadn’t taken a moment to appreciate everything I’ve already accomplished. So, I paused and gave myself a pat on the back. :) And I’ll keep doing that.
Take a little pause: What are some of your personal or professional accomplishments? How do they make you feel? If a friend had achieved what you have, what would you say to them? Now say that to yourself! Treat yourself! (I'm indulging in a spa day soon!) Feeling brave? Share your accomplishments in the reply! I'd love to hear them.
Quote for your soul
“Imagine a life where almost everything gets better but you never appreciate it because your expectations rise as fast as your circumstances

My moment of pause
I asked myself, "Hey Rachna, what does a ‘feel good life’ feel like for you?"
It was a small activity, but it worked wonders. It reminded me how blessed I am to already have so much of what's on that list. I even asked some close friends the same question. Now, I'm sharing it with you with some prompts to start with.
Feel like sharing your list? I'm all ears! Just hit reply to this email :)
If this post resonates with you, feel free to share it with your friends or family. No pressure, just love!
Love and light :)
