This week, I gave my heart the freedom to explore—no filters, no logic, just pure curiosity. And that led me to a whirlwind of experiences, ranging from art to things I can’t even categorize.
I attended curatorial walkthroughs by different artists, an organic printmaking workshop, a cyanotype printing workshop, completed a 21-day yoga workshop, started a story design course, joined two courses on positive psychology, continued a visual design course, signed up for a JavaScript course, and bookmarked a few more things for the coming months.
To be frank, my mind is feeling chaotic at the moment—but not tired exactly. More like a messy art studio, where ideas are scattered everywhere, waiting to find their place on the canvas.
I love immersing myself in new experiences, yet there's this lingering sense of non-accomplishment. So much knowledge is entering my mind (hello, new neural pathways!), but the connections between them haven’t formed yet. I feel like I’m wading through a swamp of information, searching for meaning—but hey, maybe this swamp will bloom into a lotus someday. 🌿✨
The truth is, this in-between phase—between learning and making sense of it all—feels chaotic. But I’m learning to be okay with the chaos. I have a quiet faith that one day, all these dots will connect, leading me somewhere truly beautiful. 😊
Take a Little Pause 🌼

Nuggets for Your Soul💫
Your best performances will come when you are working in a way that is a full expression of you. The work becomes a natural display of your personality. This is when you not only get better results, but also love the activity — because in doing the craft, you feel alive.

My Moment of Pause/Calm🌿
I’ve been journaling for almost a month now, and I’m noticing something interesting—how my feelings shift over just a few days. It’s like watching tiny waves in an ocean, constantly moving, never static.
This week, I made my bath time extra calming—lit a candle, turned on the yellow light, and just let the warmth slow me down. It’s a small change, but it feels like a soft pause in my day.
What have you heard, seen, or done this week that brought you a moment of calm? I’d love to hear! 💛
